Tallest Hotel In The World Opens Today In Dubai

The new world's tallest hotel "The Gevora" is set to open today in Dubai. The 356 meter high gold tower hotel is barely a metre higher than the previous record holder, the 355 meter, 77-floor JW Marriott Marquis, situated at 101 Sheikh Zayed Road, next the 333-metre Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, a previous holder of the record.

The measurements are taken from ground level to the top of a hotel's mast. and the world's tallest as a single building.


The Gevora which will open to guests today the 12th is a gold-coloured 75-storey tower with hotel rooms all the way to the top. It will also have four restaurants, an open-air pool deck, a luxury spa on the 71st floor, plus a health club and Jacuzzi.
